General Information For many years Gallegos Sanitation has worked closely with neighborhood groups to provide a customized solution that best fits individual household needs and the neighborhood as a whole. From weekly trash and recycling collection to spring neighborhood clean-ups, our group account customers are able to benefit from desire to put service first. We currently service hundreds of group accounts and HOAs across Larimer and Western Weld counties. Group accounts range from a few neighbors sharing a cul-de-sac to hundreds of homes in one large residential development. Your group does not have to be official or of a certain size. Service Options You can select from all the same service options available to standard residential customers, tailoring the list of services to fit your group. This allows you to achieve the best pricing model based on the demographics and size of your group. For example, small condo units with no yards have completely different needs from 3-5 bedroom single family homeowners. For a small Condo or seniors group we might recommend 35-gallon cart service as the base service, where we might recommend 95-gallon service with seasonal yardwaste, to a larger family-oriented development. GSI also offers true Pay-As-You-Throw (PAYT) compliant pricing programs to ensure that your group is not violating any local city or county laws. Many of our HOA customers take advantage of a special services such as a Neighborhood Clean-up day where we provide large roll-off containers and additional recycling options. We even supply Neighborhood parties with trash, recycling, and portable toilet services. We pride ourselves on keeping your neighborhood clean!
