This system gives GSI customers access to account billing information and the ability to pay for your service online! It has been updated eary 2011, and will soon include more information for customer viewing.
To view available account information and/or to make a payment, click on the icon located in the top right corner of this page. Here you can create your access by following the link to REGISTER. If you used our system in the past, YOU MUST RE-REGISTER as of March 20, 2011. For this, you will need your account number and an invoice number from a recent billing. Once you have registered you will have access that will allow you to:
- Make Payment
- Request Service
- Go Paperless
- Set up Auto Payment
- Access Other Accounts you may have with GSI
- Change your Password
As mentioned, you can now sign up via this site for our recurring payment program. You can choose to set up Auto pay, or return to this online system each period to make your payment. Your account information is stored through a PCI Compliant source.
Once you log into the system, you will be able to view billing information including:
- Service name
- Service address
- Billing address (if different)
- Balance as of last upload date (usually every 48 hours)
- Last payment amount and date
More information will be available for viewing in the future. Customers may pay by credit or debit card on this site. This site's security and processing is handled by Payflow Pro, a division of PayPal. This website uses I-Frame technology that takes you to a secure website where your payment is processed.
