We currently process over 20,000 payments by check per month in our local office. As many of you are aware, the costs of this method continue to rise. For this reason we are encouraging our customers to consider payment by other means at no or a very low cost to participate including the Auto-payment and Online Payment options
GreenPay Program
Our longterm goal for this program is to provide customers with a completely paperless billing and payment experience. This includes the existing Online payment option to pay your current balance, view balance and past statement history, email notices of statement availability, or to set up and manage subscription payment. People who support this GreenPay program will may also receive additional perks beyond just helping the environment.
